SHIPPING WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 16-20 DAYS FOR PACKAGES TO ARRIVE. WE MUST ALLOW AT LEAST 20 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING UPS/USPS ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE. 

Processing is 1 - 3 business days. Standard shipping times can vary from 5-14 business days. Expedited Shipping 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Closed on Holidays.

International Orders (Outside of US) Processing 2-5 business days. Standard shipping times can vary from 5-14 business days. Free Shipping not eligible for International Orders. KREATEKURVES not responsible for any customs or duty fees for international orders which are separate from the shipping cost.

Due to COVID USPS has been having delays on shipments. Kreate Kurves is not liable for late shipping dates. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, under any circumstances.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items are shipped from our warehouse. You can track the status of your order through your shipment confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 3-5 business days to update. Our shipping times listed at checkout are only an estimate.

 

TRACKING FAQ:

  • Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Generally, after we ship your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Due to COVID processing & delivery time is delayed. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.

Once we ship your package, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. Kreate Kurves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that state delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. 

  • My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

If your tracking information is updated to "Delivered" and you have not received your package please check with your local post office, leasing office, or a neighbor to ensure it was not delivered to any of the stated locations before contacting us.

You must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS at +1 (800) 222-1811 for USA orders. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but Kreate Kurves does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

We fulfill orders as they come in and they cannot be canceled after being placed. Once an order is placed we cannot alter or add onto the order. No exceptions.

All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.

Orders that were shipped free: Orders that were shipped free will have shipping charges deducted from their online credit if you need to return the item.

Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address of being left unclaimed at the post office. We are not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address, please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

Not sure if the size you ordered will fit, or just worried if you just won't enjoy your shapewear? Our policy lasts 7 days. We give you 7 days to decide If you'd like your product. If you do not want your purchase you can return and we will exchange or return for in store credit.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM:

Once we receive your email we will provide you with our return address. Once you have shipped your item back to us please email us with the tracking number of your shipment.  When we receive your item and your exchange is approved we will issue you a store credit.

If we do not have product for exchange in stock we might have extra in stock that we do not post on site for exchange purposes. If there is not any, we will ship out once receive, not eligible for return.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or similar size package. We only cover shipping charges to ship back out to you, and only for first time exchanges for each order. 

We are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit, so sorry babes! Route Insurance is available to help cover if this does happen. Available at checkout.

If your exchange is rejected due to signs of wear you will be responsible for the shipping costs entailed in order to send the items back to you. 

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and will not count toward your store credit. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
